Depression is more than simply having a bad day or feeling low.
You might feel constantly tired, angry,overwhelmed, hopeless or disconnected from the people around you. Things that normally feel manageable can become difficult, you may lose interest in things you usually enjoy.
For some men, depression does'nt always feel like sadness. It can show up as anger, frustration, withdrawing from others, problems sleeping, difficulty coping or feeling like you are under constant pressure.
